The Story
A refreshed design for Sky customers to manage their personal details.
As a Sky customer, you have 2 accounts: one is your log in ID called “Sky iD account”; the other is the account that holds your household information, the “Household account”. The biggest problem with this page was that the user did not understand nor realise that there are differences between these two accounts.
By clearly splitting the two account types and adding helpful information and making it fully responsive, we improved it in all aspects. We added transitions for the edit states, which now work in-page as opposed having separate pages for each editable detail.
