Sky: My broadband

One of the last remaining areas of the website to be redesigned responsively was the “My broadband” journey. It’s where Sky customers can view their broadband package details and keep track of their data usage in case they have not purchased a broadband package with an unlimited usage allowance.

We restructured the page to show the most important information more prominent with the information visualised in two circle diagrams. I designed the page to be able to suit all situations including messaging where needed.

For customers that have a data limit on their broadband package, there is an additional page that shows a breakdown of the past months, showing how much data was used and whether the customer stayed under or went over their data cap, using clear colours to represent the different states.
