Sky: Downgrades

We designed these brand new online downgrade journeys to make it easier for the customer to remove (parts of) their Sky package, while at the same time decreasing the amount of calls received by the call centre. Before we released this, the only way to remove (parts of) the Sky package was by calling the help centre.
I got involved later in the project to refresh the visual design and make it useable as a template that can fit any product journey; keeping a consistent look and feel between the various downgrade journeys.
