John Lewis & Partners

At John Lewis & Partners I worked in the Customer Services team. The objective was to improve many aspects of the Customer Services area on JohnLewis.com including Order Tracking and Self-Serve account features.

I worked on a redesign of the Frequently Asked Questions and a new feature for customers to track orders that they’ve placed in-store.
I also designed smaller features found in the online orders and account sections to enable the customer to self-serve instead of having to call the contact centre.
